Gayety's. I believe the box they use is a 30-piece box:
8 chocolate*, 4 raspberry, 3 each caramel, amaretto, tiramisu, coffee, champagne, hazelnut * Dark and milk chocolate glazes I have been on multiple PS trips, but I have only been offered Gayety's on 2 or 3 flights so I have only tried the hazelnut and milk chocolate. Looking forward to trying the carmel or dark chocolate this month (one flight is a redeye and the other is an early morning flight so I know the most I can hope for is the appearence of one box but I think I won't see one on either).
