Smile Was being upgraded constantly and picking up from President's Circle
For the last several months I was surprised to find my car in President's Circle and 80% of the time it was a premium car or SUV (LAX, SFO, DEN, BOS). Just a couple of weeks ago a 5* card arrived and I understood why. Thanks Hertz. Won't be using Avis and National as often now.
