$15 fee if you buy tickets at the airport ticket counter. And per Delta.com (regardless of how ticket is purchased) "Fares do not include a $3.30 Federal Excise Tax which will be imposed on each flight segment in the passenger's ticketed itinerary. A flight segment is defined as a takeoff and a landing. Fares do not include Passenger Facility Charge(s) of up to $18.00, depending on itinerary or September 11th Security Fee of up to $10 per round-trip. These taxes and fees are the responsibility of the passenger and must be paid at the time the ticket is purchased."

If you are choosing a routing that can't be booked on DL.com or you get an error message, then they definately shouldn't charge you. Worst comes to worst - tell them dl.com comes up with an error message. The tech people at the dl.com desk will change it for you.
Correct. I just booked 2 tickets CVG-SFO where Delta.com gave an error for the routing. Called Delta, and they booked them for me for no extra charge.
