Two weeks ago I flew CLT-DEN-ONT and put in for an upgrade using a CR-1. The upgrade didn't clear on CLT-DEN, but when I got home, I saw the CR-1 had been deducted due to my "upgrade" on the DEN-ONT Ted flight. I had to call the MP desk to get things fixed.
