People of many nationalities clip their toenails and fingernails on my local train nearly every day. It is so frequent that I am nearly used to that horrific clipping sound. I take the opportunity to turn my iPod up a little louder.
No matter where people are, people increasingly they think they can behave as they do at home in their loungeroom, and this applies to everything from their workplace, community facilities, to flying.
