On the upgrade: It's $200.00 to upgrade and that's at the gate (not the phone), subject to availability. Otherwise, you can use miles to upgrade at ticketing (subject to availability) or elite members can use their free e-upgrades to upgrade off of a "Y" or "B" fare ticket at time of purchase (subject to availability). I don't know what this $150/$200 talk is about....unless it's the fare difference between your discounted economy ticket and a "Y" or "B" fare or discounted first ticket. The $200.00 BuyUp upgrade is a space available at the gate thing, not a call over the phone thing.

No. For TA Envoy/*G you get access to the Envoy Lounge. Just having a first class ticket (without a Club or UA RCC membership) will not get you into the Club. There's no Club in SJU for the return anyway.
