I just noticed that my Merrill+ Visa jumped from 5.8% interest to 8.9%. I called them and apparently this went into effect this year for all Merrill+ cards. So now I'm wondering what is the lowest interest rate card out there (given that I have excellent credit).

And since most all of my transactions on Visa are outside the US, what is the best for that these days?
