I have been surpised by NW. The WorldClub staff was exceptional a couple of days ago making certain I navigated my internet dial-up and alerting me when the boarding process had started. Fresh bagels, too.

It takes a commitment to divorce DL in ATL. I will still fly them when business dictates, but have already flown two NW and one CO flight this year. The frontline NW staff is a class act.
