I can confirm that Citibank is charging the 1% foreign exchange fee for using your Citibank ATM card at an overseas Citibank ATM machine.

I used the Citi ATM machine at Narita airport last Monday...and was charged a 1% foreign exchange fee as a separate line item.

Don't forget to inform your credit card company you will be out of the country and charging on your card. We had one of our card decline our transaction...
