Got the new T&Cs in yesterdays mail, nothing about a 3% fee. Called anyway and was told ALL MBNA cards have had it for awhile now. Was transferred to a mgr, who spoke to his Mgr and seems that the deal with Amtrak is simply the reg 1% by MC and Nothing more.

Ive used the card Overseas alot this past yr and even earlier this week and can Confirm its but 1% and not 3% and that it remain as such after 6/30 as well.

Pts can be used for Amtrak or transferrs to Hilton or Continental, or Gift Cards. I cant stand Cap One which I got and then cancelled. Ive had nothing but great service from MBNA.
