At the risk of sounding like a broken record...if you're not receiving your 500-mile bonus (in a timely fashion or otherwise), I suggest that you fill out a mileage credit request form, or call. (In the rare instances that I have not received mileage credit promptly, I have found the former usually to be the most efficient.)
