Most of the chain now has free internet, and although it varies by location, it's ok. The Hilton chain hotels that have an agreement with Wayport and charge for it need to either make it free or find a more reliable vendor. Every time I end up in a hotel with Wayport, I can count on very slow service, multiple drops in service, reconnections, etc. If I'm going to have to pay $9.98 per night, then provide me with very fast and very reliable service. Wayport is worse than the worst of the freebie services in the Hilton chain.
