The lure of that "complimentary wedding package" may not outweigh the signficant costs that your guests are likely to incur at this pricey hotel. A week's vacation would run to over $2000 in hotel costs alone for each couple, pricing this trip out of many peoples' budgets.
In addition, Treasure Cay has a beautiful beach, but is otherwise not an exceptional Bahamian town: you can do better for less elsewhere, be it Green Turtle Cay (historic interest!), Northern Eleuthera (same), the Exumas, or one of the the other out islands. For example, the Cape Santa Maria Club (Long Island) offers beautiful villas in a spectacular setting for less money, and it's close to a historic location, as well (Columbus landfall).
It's also very easy to get married in the Bahamas, and most resorts would be happy to help you obtain the appropriate license for a nominal fee. For the record, the best wedding that I've ever been to was a "fly-in" attended by a bunch of Long Islanders to the Columbus monument on San Salvador; the couple was married on the beach (in the water!) by the local Commissioner. Simply lovely, with an amazing backdrop, and certainly unique.
