My girlfriend recently ran the Harry Rosen Spring Run-Off 5K and was given a gift certificate for something called the "Men's Power Spa" on Duncan Street.

The cert is good for a free 30-minute Hand, Foot or Face Care Service or a free upgrade to a hot stone massage from a regular 60 minute massage.

I'm a "wash my hair with bar soap when shampoo unavailable" kind of guy so doubtful I'll be using this. PM me if you want it.
