That was only true before 9/11.

Immigrants need to have documents when applying for a CA driver's license and social security number NOW. Instead of a social security, illegal aliens are given a tax identification number

Remember the whole Gray Davis re-election? Arnold won for 2 reasons:

1) Reverse tripling vehicle taxes/registration fees
2) Reverse allowing illegal to obtain CA driver license legally
