Because of the job situation, I had to tear down our European trip and re-schedule it to the Fall. The US Diamond Desk came through as far as they were able, but I had some tricky things involving a package, so I contacted Glasgow directly.
This is the third or fourth time I've dealt with those folks, and the problem is invariably taken care of quickly, politely, seamlessly, and painlessly. Again, this time was no exception.
