Just got off the phone with Citi and applied for the card.

25,000 miles after spending $250

$85 annual fee that is billed on the first billing cycle. (.0034 per mile)

I already have a Citi card but they took my app anyway (over the phone) so we'll see if I get this card as well.

In the past when I been charged the yearly fee up front, I then cancelled after a few months and the fee was refunded. YMMV
