Gate 1 showers are just like the ones in the arrivals lounge. Nothing too fancy, stocked with MB products, clean and no real wait. Some of the MB Spa showers have the steam room facility, but Gate 1 just has showers.

I find it fantastic for early morning connections coming in from the US as flight connections is also nearer to Gate 1. Plus MB Spa is full of passengers travelling on the early flights to CDG.
