I have to say my HHonors experiences have been better than Starwood so far.

Starwood: Needed a faxed folio for missing points at Aladdin. Been over a week. Nothing. Opened Amex 6 weeks+ ago, no bonus points yet. No first stay points. The Aladdin points were a measly 200 or so. My goodness. Such a fuss for 200 points (it's 1 point per dollar, right?)

HHonors: Gave me credit for a stay without any proof, they were able to find it and add points in less than 3 days. Amex points posted right after first statement.
