prepaid. Actually I never do this. I just checked the prices for a weekday rental at CDG using my LH CDP 635087, yours and Sixt plat (only get 35% discount) and got the best deal with Sixt, second best with LH CDP and last... (so with your 40% off Sixt would be even better ^ )
So as I said, it's much likely because of your prepaid rate and renting a compact that makes Hertz cheaper. But anyway, most important is that you found the best rate for your needs
