A few addtions to the response from sentom:
The millenium lounge is to the right after going through passport control - through a shopping arcade - at the end of that he will arrive at a food court - where he should take the escalator up one floor - he will find the lounge to his left comming up the escalator.
Bear in mind that security in IST is at the gates - can take some time as the process is tedious when it is a full flight - and no difference for COS.
