Pardon me if I ask a stupid question isnt that how it works for all missing stays (and in most programs) one faxes/mails in a copy as proof?

My twisted logic says if they had a record of the bill the the stay might have posted?

Sometimes HH does insist you send a copy in, if the folio was for $1600 I guarantee they would ask for faxed copy.
