I walk that distance everytime I am taking UA srom SIN. Takes me 10 mins to cover the distance.

I checked the Airline Lounge Info on HKG Airport site. Virgin Club House is open for BR & VS First Flight to the last Flight.
BR First Flight Departs at 11:00AM, I would assume the lounge would between 8:00AM-8:30AM.
