Since it probably costs a half a million dollars to maintain a single concierge in a station, are you willing to pay more for your ticket? Since most AC premium customers pay nowhere near full fare, nor if they did nowhere near what first class fares would command, it is not realistic to expect this service to be offered at these US airports. And really, what does a concierge do except make a few thousand AC SE's feel more important than they really are to the rest of the world?
