I suspect that you are flying on one of the small number of B763's that have 4 full doors on each side of the aircraft rather than their more normal configuration of two doors and two over-wing emergency exists.

If that is the case, 17F should be a "normal" seat. Your only risk is that the aircraft gets substituted at the last minute for one of the more "normal" configuraitons - at which point your seat might become the lav.

IIRC, the seats to avoid are either row 25 or 26 (I think 25) because they are just ahead of the third exit door and they do not recline.
