That's an ambitious itinerary and I would advise making alternative plans.

From most passenger perspectives, DEL International and DEL Domestic are two separate airports even if noted as terminals of the same airport.

If there's a delay in your arrival into DEL and/or if the immigration lines are crazy again and/or you have checked-in luggage, then you'll need a lot of luck to get from the international arrivals area to the domestic airport to catch that flight to BLR. 100 minutes is not sufficient transfer time. Even without delays, the chance of doing it is anything but good. (Even trying it with a government escort is a big gamble unless Jet Airways would cave in to pressure to hold back the flight.)

My suggestion is to change the routing to go via Europe into BLR and/or overnight in DEL and then fly out on the first morning flight to BLR. (BOM may work to overnight at too and it's closer to BLR.)
