After a very long time on hold, I've been informed by a Midwest Miles CSR that it's impossible to transfer Midwest Miles to Amtrak Guest Rewards points, contradicting Midwest's own web page which states the following:

"Add miles to your account by exchanging Amtrak Guest RewardsŪ points for Midwest Miles. Amtrak Reward points may be transferred into miles* in 5,000 point increments, with 5,000 points equaling 5,000 miles. Or, turn miles into Amtrak Guest Rewards points in the same increments."

So either the website of wrong or the CSR, along with the two supervisors he checked with, is wrong.

So does anyone have experience transferring Midwest Miles to Amtrak AGR points and can you please give me the contact info of a good CSR if this is indeed possible?
