I sent a comment to customer care and got a canned response earlier in December. I have since followed up by giving my letter from Delta announcing the changes (with a few additional comments) to the ticket counter and asked they forward to the location manager. No response as of yet, but was only last week.
I am keeping my fingers crossed that they are actually listening and hope (and encourage) that other FF's are contacting Delta with their thoughts as well.
I am curious as to if anyone has heard of what volume of response Delta has received from the changes and if Delta is "even" reconsidering any portions of the new program.
