Reponse from DL Re: changes
Despite being irate with Delta, I must admit that they finally stepped up to the plate. Less than 10 days ago I faxed V. Henry my anger letter (hopefully you have done the same). Today, I just received a reasonable response from them; Albeit full of marketing bs. I of course didn't change their minds and they maintained the changes are good for the wealthy, but there was an interesting statement in their response.
"Your comments will be helpful in our evalution of the changes
to our program." I hope they meant evaluation!
Maybe they are blowing smoke up my a** with the statement. However, I have never had a response this quick from them and the tone appeared to be reconciliatory. Unfortunately, I have lost trust and all but already left.
Anyone else receive a response?
