Well, that's hard to predict in advance. She's good with some technology and equipment and not so good with others. For example, she can run a fax machine off the cigarette lighter in her car (she used to work as a visiting/community nurse and needed to get prescriptions), but refuses to learn how to use a bank machine (she just gets my dad to withdraw money for her). She can probably back the motorhome up through an obstacle course without knocking over a single Walmart employee in the parking lot, but she can't operate a treadmill (keeps falling off the back of it). I guess it depends on how much she wants to learn how to use a device.

Thanks for the link to the reviews - it looks like a lot of people are having some difficulty getting the radio remote to work as they'd like it to.

(PS - I take after my mother, not my father. I still can't figure out how to operate the stereo system my husband brought to our marriage as his dowry and I can't figure out how to turn on the TV in our Paris apartment.)
