Many agents still don't embrace this concept. When I checked in my friend in
ZRH, the LH agent handed me a HOT tag for her. When I explained to my friend
that this had to go on her as a precaution, the agent yapped "no, on the bag,
it has to go in the bag..".
What really ruined my day was my friend commenting "even if you didn't know
it better, it was a nice compliment" .. cursed are the times, when I try not to be
a geek!
