BTW: Spoke to a friend a flairy regular flyier usually in Y with no status, was on the way back from S. America with IB a few weeks ago and was late checkin-in, one of the last to, and there was a arguement at the next desk, he said that the agent told him that they got the last 2 seat together in Y and that the arguement at the next desk was to do with the passengers not getting seat together and demanding seats together but the only seats together was in J,

So my friend said that agents said something to each other and the next minute he and his wife were upgraded to IB's New J cabin and the people at the next desk where given their Y seats and the couple were going blastic and their agent whith a smile goes enjoy your flight Mr. XXX
