I also have had generally poor experiences on DL. Lots of delays and generally no good excuses. The domestic First Class product on DL is pretty bare bones. Paper napkins, plastic glasses, plastic utensils, and minimal to non-existant food. Unlike with UA, you really feel like you're flying on a bankrupt airline.
