This is absolutely amazing - we have countless threads on luggage getting lost - and the lack of compensation.
Now we have threads on the sense of possible meassures that are inflicted upon the luggage - which might have be installed to correct the original complaints....i.e whether it should be for less than one hour or if two hours is to much:
