Go to BA. The Madridlenos have a horrible attitude these days. Plus the pricesare astoundingly high considering what you get. The Portaenos, on the other hand, can certainly have 'tude but it isn't as endemic as Madrid. I can remember when Europeans looked down on Spain. Now Spain looks down on EVERYONE--especially AMericans. Not to mention that BA is dirt cheap compared to any Euro nation.
