All I can say is that United should do everything possible to keep the HNL center up and running. I have experienced nothing but fantastic service from the people at that center (maybe living in HNL has something to do with it!).
The quality-deterioration that we're seeing as they outsource their call centers to India is horrendous. I am grateful I don't have to deal with that as a 1K, but dread the eventual day when I become a 1P or less.
For now, keep those HNL folks on the line!!
