Are we talking ruby, LBV or tawny here? I'm assuming it's not white (a little too sweet for most tastes) or vintage (as it wouldn't stay drinkable for very long, especially at cabin pressure).

I don't mind a drop of LBV (probably best with cheese), but I love a nice tawny (especially with a bowl of chocolate raisins). ^
