Exact same flights, exaxt same situation happened to me back in January, funnily enough. Bags arrived in a taxi though - must have been cheaper than the courier or something!

I know countless people who've lost bags at AMS including visitors from Malawi to our church, who had them lost on the way to Scotland (were never found, we bought them new clothes when they arrived) and then lost them AGAIN on the way home. Maybe things will improve once those little radio tag things start getting used.
