I booked an F award a couple months ago, and by a great stroke of luck, I got the HNL center when I called. I think I spoke with Tammy(ie?) and she was great. It was a sort-of complicated itin, with a stopover in TXL and an open jaw, the kind of thing that could throw lesser agents for a loop. She breezed through it, and when I thanked her profusely, she thanked me for being a 1P! I filled out the form on .bomb and wrote a thank-you to CS for her help. ^ ^ ^
