My call to book a *A award a couple of weeks ago luckily ended up in the Hawaii call center. I agree, they are the best. Agent had my flights (2 C seats IAD-AKL and 2 seats AKL-RAR) stitched up in about three minutes, with no prodding needed for better routing, etc.
