In recent months catering for flights in which dinner is served (e.g. LX1733 & LX1734) catering was upgraded to a full meal service, with small salad as a starter and a large warm main course (choice of two) in the same china dish main courses are served on longhaul, plus a cheese portion and pralines.

I don't know whether the breakfast service (LX1735, LX1727 and LX1726) has been upgraded too as I didn't get a chance to travel on those specific flights recently. However, until the end of last year the so-called breakfast consisted of a small packaged yogurt and a choice of warm croissant or danish from a basket and that was it. Presentation was plain (no tray, just a napkin) and quantity abysmal!
