HNL is, in my opinion, the best service center around. In the good ol' days when there were actual offices, I got to know many of the agents by name and they would bend over backwards to help me out. Then UA closed all the centers and they all were transferred to the call center where they became nameless and faceless. Hard to request a CSA by name so you take your chances.
