Argghh... I bought a two segment VisitEurope ticket last week before the BA price cuts took effect; at the time, the VisitEurope fare calculation was cheaper ($360 vs. $400); today, the opposite is true ($360 vs. $208). The oneworld website says cancellation and amendment penalties apply, but does not say what they are.

Any thoughts for me to undo the damage for booking prior to a fare sale?
