Here is a response from SIMSIT regarding vouchers I got yesterday:
Dear azepine00,
I want to apologize for the delayed response due to confirmation procedures for the redemptions. You will be receiving your vouchers with in the next two weeks along with instructions and policies for the redemption via mail.
The error that was on the confirmation was typographical and left out two of the digits per pricing. Since this was just a typographical error the hotels received the correct pricing which was 100 times in JPY more than what was on your confirmation pages.
