I also recently had a similar experience with great sercive from the HNL call center. It was the third time I had to call after 1 and 2 not taking the time to see the error was corrected properly. I had a supervisor in HNL who fixed a screw up for me by United Vacations and her service was just great. I also asked if I there was anyone I could write to and thank her and she also said "no you don't have to I am just doing my job." Well all I could say was thanks for a job well done!!
