Great Customer Service from Hawaii Res
Dana at the Hawaii call center is amazing. She has been working at UA for over 20 years and could not be a funnier, more friendly, knowledgeable agent! I even asked for her full name to write a letter and she politely asked that I don't as all she was doing was her job. We spent 30 minutes with no luck trying to get a cheap fare for a ticket but she was just amazing.
I know that there are some at the Hawaii call center that can be rude (especially a certain supervisor) but it shows that its not just the young people that can make United great but also the veterans.
