Can't seem to find this info, either here or on Iberia.com.

Does the IB lounge in T2 at LHR have showers?

If not, I understand the alternatives (for a OW Emerald traveling AA J into LHR and IB Y out) are the BA Terraces/First lounge in T1 or the AA Arrivals Lounge in T3.
If doing the BA lounge, I assume one goes through the FCC to T2 -- is there a bus or is it a walk?
With respect to the AA Arrivals lounge -- once landside, how does one transfer from T3 to T2? Is that walkable or are there "mechanical" alternatives?
