We used points 2 years ago for this hotel. As Golds we were given a corner mtn side room and early check-in. The rooms are small and the services offered are really on par with a 4 PTs but, I'm there for the snow and I know that Steamboat had one of the best years ever when it comes to the Champagne Powder. So if you had a poor stay at the hotel, I hope at least that the snow and on mountain experience at Steamboat was good.
