Assuming of course you can use a SSCI for some reason I have had problems with the BD machines in the past.

I upgraded my business (restricted) ticket to business (flexible) to be able to choose the flight I wanted, yet the system still shows me as having a business (restricted) ticket, what gives here? The call centre agent specifically said that upgrading my ticket in this way made it flexible in future.
