Exactly what I was thinking although that particular player's a lot cheaper than the one I was thinking about! IMO go for a cheap SD player and a 1GB SD card which can be had from NewEgg for around $30. Or, if you want to give 'em more capacity, for about the price of a 1 gig Nano they can have a 4 gig Lexar player.
